WHERE WE SHIP The Valdor ships worldwide from Warsaw, Poland. Every order is carefully packaged and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

SHIPPING RATES

Europe — 15 zł · Free on orders over 350 zł · 3–7 business days Rest of World — $12.00 USD · Free on orders over $100 USD · 7–14 business days

TRACKING Every Valdor order ships with full tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

PEAK SEASONS During high-demand periods such as Christmas and Valentine's Day, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely arrival.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and are unable to predict their amount.

ADDRESS ACCURACY Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us at marianna@thevaldor.com and we will investigate immediately. We work closely with our carriers to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

DAMAGED ORDERS If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence and we will make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.

LOST PACKAGES In the rare event that a carrier confirms a package as lost, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Carrier investigations typically take up to 21 business days to complete.

DELIVERY REFUSAL If a delivery is refused by the customer, return shipping costs will be deducted from any store credit issued.

FORCE MAJEURE The Valdor cannot be held liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
