Will the gold plating tarnish or fade?
Our pieces are finished in a high-durability gold process on 316L surgical steel. With proper care kept away from perfume, chlorine, and prolonged moisture your Valdor piece will retain its brilliance for years. We recommend removing jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying fragrance.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Store in the pouch provided. Avoid contact with perfume, water, and harsh chemicals. Clean gently with a soft dry cloth. Never use abrasive cleaners or ultrasonic machines
Is the jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our base material is 316L surgical-grade stainless steel, which is hypoallergenic and nickel-safe. Suitable for even the most sensitive skin types.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at marianna@thevaldor.com with a photo and we will make it right immediately.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate after dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
Europe: 3–7 business days. Worldwide: 7–14 business days. All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and include full tracking.
